1. Who we are
Wasa AI Solutions Inc. (“WASA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, developing AI-assisted dealership sales and customer-engagement technology. Our initial commercial focus is Jamaica. This notice applies to our public website, dealership assessment requests, contact inquiries, business relationship management, and marketing communications. It does not replace the separate privacy arrangements and dealership data-processing agreements required before production dealership customer messaging begins.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us or request an assessment, we may collect your name, role, dealership or business name, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, dealership location, website, inquiry volume, operational challenges, communication preferences, and the information you voluntarily provide. We may also retain relevant correspondence, meeting details, and records of consent and unsubscribe requests. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, device/browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. Do not submit customers’ identity documents, financial records, passwords, or sensitive personal information through our public forms.
3. Why we use information
We use this information to receive and respond to inquiries, evaluate dealership fit, arrange requested discussions, maintain business relationships, provide requested information, secure and maintain our website, handle privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. We may send educational materials, product updates, Founding Dealership information, and promotional messages only where consent or another lawful authorization applies. We will not use information for materially incompatible purposes without any further notice or consent required by law.
4. Assessment follow-up and marketing
Submitting a Dealership Assessment permits us to contact you about that request, ask relevant questions, and discuss appropriate next steps. It does not automatically enroll you in an ongoing marketing list. Optional marketing subscriptions must be presented separately and must not be preselected. If you opt in, we may send dealership education, Better Buyer Conversations material, product news, and Founding Dealership updates by the channel you select. Where applicable law permits a message without express opt-in, we will document and respect the limits of that permission. Every commercial electronic message will identify WASA and include an effective unsubscribe method where required. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time; we will maintain limited suppression records to honor your choice. Assessment follow-up and promotional marketing are different purposes.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, secure form processing and storage, business email, customer relationship management, technical support, security, and—only when lawfully activated—analytics and advertising measurement. We require appropriate limits on provider use and safeguards proportionate to the information involved. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect lawful rights, or in a legitimate business transaction subject to applicable obligations. We do not sell dealership assessment contact lists to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing.
6. Processing outside Jamaica or Canada
WASA is based in Canada and serves prospective businesses in Jamaica. Authorized providers may process information in Canada or other jurisdictions. Different laws, including lawful government access rules, may apply there. Before enabling relevant cross-border processing, we will assess Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020, and other applicable requirements and establish an appropriate legal basis, safeguards, and provider terms. We will not assume that international hosting alone makes a transfer lawful.
7. Retention and deletion
Our proposed standard for website assessment records is deletion or anonymization within 12 months after the last meaningful assessment-related interaction unless an active relationship, documented continuing purpose, dispute, or legal duty justifies longer retention. Active business records are retained while needed for the relationship and applicable legal requirements. Marketing contact information is retained only while there is a valid basis for contact, subject to periodic review. Minimal opt-out and consent evidence may be kept as needed to demonstrate compliance and avoid future unwanted messages. Security logs, privacy-request records, and backups follow documented schedules appropriate to their purposes. At the end of an applicable period, records will be securely deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful exceptions. This schedule must be implemented in the actual collection and storage systems before the assessment form is activated.
8. Cookies and advertising measurement
Essential website and security technologies may operate to deliver the site. Optional analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, remarketing, and similar technologies will not be enabled without appropriate disclosures and any consent or controls required by applicable law. An assessment submission is not blanket consent to advertising tracking. We will update this notice when additional measurement providers are activated.
9. Security and incidents
We maintain or implement safeguards appropriate to the information involved, including access restrictions, secure transmission, account security, data minimization, and incident-response processes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will investigate incidents and provide notifications where legally required. Specific technical measures are subject to operational verification and should not be interpreted as a claim of security certification.
10. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, request deletion where available, and ask about our use or disclosure of information. We may verify identity before disclosing personal information. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may raise concerns with an applicable privacy regulator, including Jamaica’s Office of the Information Commissioner or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, where that regulator has jurisdiction.
11. AI and dealership platform data
WASA is developing AI-assisted dealership workflows, including intended understanding of customer messages and inbound voice notes. Outbound generated voice responses are a future enhancement. The website may include illustrative product demonstrations; these do not establish that every capability is live. Production processing of dealership customer conversations will require separate notices, contracts, appropriate permissions, and verified controls. The dealership may act as controller and WASA as processor for activities governed by documented dealership instructions; responsibilities depend on the actual processing.
12. Children
The public website and Dealership Assessment are intended for business users, not children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information through these channels.
13. Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice as operations or legal requirements change. We will publish the current effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required for material changes.
