By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Paid software services and processing of dealership customer data require separate written agreements.
2. About WASA and product status
Wasa AI Solutions Inc. is an Ontario, Canada corporation developing AI-assisted sales and customer-engagement software for automotive dealerships, initially focused on Jamaica. Website descriptions explain our product direction and may include prototypes, previews, simulated conversations, and capabilities still under development. Do not interpret these as proof of production availability or verified sales results. Inbound voice-note understanding is part of the intended core offering; generated outbound voice replies are a future enhancement. WhatsApp voice calls remain human-handled.
3. Dealership Assessments
You may request an assessment to discuss your dealership’s inquiry handling, operations, and potential fit for WASA. You represent that the information you provide is reasonably accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of a business where applicable. Do not submit confidential customer records, identity documents, financial data, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information. An assessment request does not establish a subscription, guarantee a demonstration, reserve founder pricing, or require WASA to accept the dealership.
4. Contact and marketing
We may contact you about an assessment or inquiry you initiate. Optional promotional and educational communications are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing without automatically withdrawing an outstanding assessment request. Your provision of contact details does not grant unlimited permission for promotional communications.
5. Founding Dealership program
The Founding Dealership program is selective and subject to availability, eligibility, written acceptance, and a separately executed agreement. References to US$299 per month for a Founding Dealership core plan and US$499 per month for the planned general MVP offering are indicative commercial positioning, not a binding offer or guarantee of acceptance. Any actual subscription, scope, usage limits, fees, add-ons, founder price protection, billing, and service obligations will be governed by a signed agreement.
6. No guaranteed business outcome
WASA aims to help dealerships keep customer conversations moving toward appropriate dealership action. We do not promise a particular number of leads, appointments, test drives, sales, conversions, or profits. Results depend on many factors, including customer demand, inventory, staff response, implementation, and service availability.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, impersonate others, submit malicious or fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, introduce harmful code, or scrape or exploit protected content unlawfully. We may restrict access or take appropriate measures to protect the website and users.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the WASA name, branding, original website content, design, and materials are owned by Wasa AI Solutions Inc. or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary evaluation purposes. You may not commercially reproduce, misrepresent, or exploit protected materials without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party marks remain with their respective owners.

We make reasonable efforts to keep public information useful, but descriptions, availability, pricing and features may change before a formal agreement is signed. The website may be interrupted or contain errors. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-excludable statutory rights.
12. Educational content
Any information concerning dealership operations, vehicle financing, purchasing, or financial literacy is general education, not individualized legal, lending, financial, tax, or investment advice. Verify material financial terms with the relevant lender or professional before relying on them.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WASA does not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that illustrative descriptions will lead to particular business results. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any warranties, remedies, limitations, or service-level commitments for paid platform services will be addressed in a separate agreement.
14. Governing law
These website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdictional rules that may apply, including for individuals or businesses in Jamaica.
